While we strive to provide premium, high quality, fresh pumpkins and other decor; like all harvested produce, pumpkins are perishable and will degrade over time. Pumpkins overtime may result in rotting, decomposition, and natural emission of possible odors and fluids. Autumn & Evergreen is not liable or responsible for pumpkin viability, and any property damages, stains, or discolorations that may occur to surfaces that pumpkins are in contact with.
Liability
Our goal is to provide amazing holiday displays and safety is always in mind. Autumn & Evergreen is not responsible for any property damage, personal injury, death, or medical emergency related to products, services, or decor installations at the property of the buyer/recipient.
Return Policy
Autumn & Evergreen does not accept returns and all sales are final once an order is complete. Refunds may only be issued by the discretion of Autumn & Evergreen.
